11th will change the way we think, live, and plan for the future. Our first concern is for the children. They are the innocent by-standers that should be protected at all costs. Their lives should feel as little stress of today's problems as possible. They should go to school, play, laugh, sing, dance, and have as much fun as possible.

This editorial is from 14 year old A couple of years ago I discovered
that I had a natural talent for dance. I started dancing as a hobby,
which eventually developed into a passion for the performing arts. So
I then decided to bring my ambition to Dance Cavise. Being the only
male student in classes full of females has been a challenge happily
met. In just the past year I have become part of the Dance Cavise family,
who have helped me to refine my craft. Most recently I joined a jazz
class to receive technical training which will assist me in reaching
my goal of becoming a professional hip hop dancer as well as choreographer.
I want to thank Joe Cavise and my dance instructors, Kim and Anne Marie
for their encouragement and support. |

Put meat in a large stockpot with the cooked ham, olive oil, garlic, onions, carrots. Add some salt and pepper to taste and let it sear slightly over a medium flame, until the onions are transparent). At this point, add the wine, let it evaporate by 1/3 on a brisk fire. Lower the flame and let the meat cook for 2 hrs or until tender. Meanwhile, clean and add the mushrooms to the stew and let them cook for half an hour. Serve the meat cut into slices and covered with its sauce. Enjoy Mangia! |
